Sydney Shambhala Meditation 2020

The first Sunday of every month
35-39 Dickson Street Newtown

In the beautiful Dickson St venue, Newtown, we offer a simple meditation style that welcomes everyone in a relaxed, friendly way. Beginners or experienced meditators are welcome.

We provide beginner meditation guidance and time to ask questions in a short one to one meeting. You may request this when you first come or at a later time.

Also in March and May this year, we are offering two non-residential weekend intensives with senior teachers.

Shambhala meditation focuses on how to live in this world and stay connected to ourselves, people and place. We frequently use the teachings of Pema Chodron to guide us.
